Ponta do Ouro in southern Mozambique is a popular spot for dolphin encounters where you might also get a chance to swim with them!
Ponta do Ouro (which means ‘tip of gold’) is situated on the southernmost point of Mozambique and is easily accessible from the capital city Maputo or the Kosi Bay Border with South Africa.
Known for its beach and offshore diving, Ponta do Ouro is a world filled with dolphins, whales and an underwater kingdom waiting to be explored, where you will be able to observe dolphins in the wild in a dolphin-friendly, non-intrusive way.
