At WorldTour, we’ve created flexible booking options so that you can be confident when you make a booking. If you book a tour with us and your plans change, you can postpone your travel plans and convert what you paid to credit. We offer you the option to either change your travel date, choose an alternative tour with the same partner or convert your payments towards credits for a future tour with the same partner. The pricing for each tour varies and every tour program we offer would include detailed pricing information in the offer communication that we send to you.
Some of our partners will allow you to choose an alternative booking date, in case your plans change.
In case the same tour is not available at a future date, some partners will let you choose an alternative tour for those dates.
In case you haven’t decided on a future date at the time of cancellation, some partners will offer you a credit towards a future trip with them.
Every offer or quotation that we send, shall include the partner or tour specific terms and conditions, pricing and cancellation policy in detail, which would be included in the email or pdf file that we send to you. Please read all the pricing, cancellations and refund policy carefully and let us know if there are any queries. In case where refunds are due, we would process the refunds within 15 business days.
